At Brass Rain Apparel, every order is packed, prepped, and deployed with the same attention to detail you’d expect from a well-trained unit. Here’s exactly how we ship your gear.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders move fast once they enter our system. Once processing starts, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
     

Shipping Times
Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

(Transit delays from carriers are out of our control—weather, holidays, and world events can all impact delivery.)

Tracking Your Gear
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Use it to follow your package’s mission route from our HQ to your doorstep.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check around your property

  • Contact the carrier directly
    Carriers mark a package as delivered when they drop it—Brass Rain Apparel cannot refund or replace orders confirmed as delivered.
     

Shipping Address Accuracy
Make sure your address is correct before you submit your order.

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • If your address is entered incorrectly, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t begun processing, we’ll correct it. If it has, we can’t change it.
     

International Shipping
International orders may face:

  • Additional customs fees or taxes

  • Extended delivery times
    All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund for packages held or rejected due to customs.
     

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your gear arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assess and replace it.
If a package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, reach out—we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
