Brass Rain Apparel – Refund Policy
Welcome to Brass Rain Apparel, where every order is handled with precision and purpose. We operate with a zero-nonsense approach, so here’s our policy—straight and to the point.
No Refunds When the Order Is Correct
If the gear you receive matches the items, colors, sizes, and quantities you selected at checkout, the sale is final.
No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.
If we deliver exactly what you ordered, consider the mission complete.
When We Will Step In
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If something goes sideways, we’ll make it right under the following conditions:
1. Wrong Item Sent
If we send something different than what you ordered, we’ll replace it fast and at no cost to you.
2. Damaged or Defective Gear
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing flaw, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Approved claims will receive:

A replacement, or
-
Store credit
Refunds to the original payment method may be issued only under rare, case-by-case review.
How to Report an Issue
Send an email to operations@brassrain.com with:

Your order number

Photos of the issue

A brief description of what happened
Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not qualify.
Non-Returnable Gear
For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned under any conditions:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Gear showing stains, odors, or signs of use

Clearance and promo items

Custom or personalized gear
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order only within 2 hours of purchasing. After that, your gear goes into production and the order is locked in.
